BORN FROM THE BACKYARD
Phantom Dart Crew was born from the hearts of Chad and Krysten, parents of five energetic kids who know firsthand how challenging it can be to create meaningful celebrations in today's economy.
Chad dreamed of bringing a fun, high-energy mobile Nerf experience directly to families' backyards — something exciting, hassle-free, and unforgettable. Krysten, drawing from their own experiences stretching party budgets while wanting the very best for their children, created the Party in a Box concept: a complete, fully-loaded party solution designed for families who want maximum fun without the financial stress.
Together, they built Phantom Dart Crew Events with a deep passion for kids. With years of experience working with children of all abilities — including supporting neurodiverse kids — they craft parties that are inclusive, high-energy, and thoughtfully designed so every child feels included and celebrated.
What started as a simple desire to give their own kids and others an amazing experience has grown into a beloved service across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. Based in Langley and Surrey, BC, Chad and Krysten personally bring the battlefield to your backyard, park, or community hall. They set everything up, run two full hours of action-packed fun, and pack it all away — leaving families with memories that matter.

Our founders hold Educational Assistant certifications and a Child & Youth Worker Diploma. We bring trauma-informed, neuro-inclusive hosting to every single event — no extra charge, no special request needed.
SAFETY FIRST, ALWAYS
Every kit includes mandatory safety glasses, and our hosted Game Masters enforce rules throughout play. Foam only, always — soft, lightweight, and designed to be harmless and fun.

He doesn't just bring the big guns — he IS the big gun. Shane's the kind of guy whose biceps have their own foam dart capacity. When Lt. Liftz loads up, kids scatter. When he flexes, bunkers move.
